You may request a return within 60 days of receiving your order. Returns requested after 60 days unfortunately cannot be accepted.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Please do not send items back without prior authorization.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.
Refund Process
Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Once your return is received and approved:

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos so we can resolve the issue quickly, either through a replacement or refund.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.
